  7.     This is a football forecaster program.  This program will predict football
  8.     winners based on past records.  Included with the program and DOC file are
  9.     a NFL data base of games and college database of games.  Both of these 
  10.     files are for 1986, but 1987 files can be generated.  Check this good 
  11.     program out.
